We hope you love your Soeur pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form inside the box to ensure efficient processing.
Ship Your Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
